A world where everyone is out here doing their most in a beautiful chorus of “yes, and.”

I partner with individuals, teams, and organizations to think through complex problems and opportunities. Communication, the story being told, and/or a shared understanding of The Plan are the most frequent points of discovery and avenues to get un-stuck. Finding myself in a bunch of wildly unique high profile scenarios with amazing humans has brought out and sharpened my ability to see, name, and facilitate enabling conditions — ideally before they are needed.

My specialty is finding a way — often through the peripheral, the atmospheric, and the in-between. Sustainable solutions are born from the person or group who raised the question or brought the challenge. My approach is to unlock what is already there and then fade back into the bushes. I describe it as situational alchemy: “What have we got? What can we make?”

My early career was focused on large scale digitally-driven communications initiatives for international properties and brands. The next chapter was marked by policy and system interventions at the regional, city and/or organization level around disproportionate outcomes and the structural choices that undergird them. The current chapter seems to be about the completely unpredictable ways in which all of my experiences can be drawn on simultaneously.

I see my work at the intersection of change management, organizational development, active and intentional culture, and process improvement — primarily amidst novel approaches, tools, or stakeholders.

I partner with people to co-create long-term solutions to people-centered challenges and opportunities.

And if we can get into the business side of whimsy and joy while we’re at it, all the better.
